Ninjafresh

Our Story

Food preservation and wastage have always been a challenge for humankind. Before the modern methods of food preservation took the world food industry by storm, traditional methods of food preservation like fermentation, freezing, salting, drying were the norms to retain the nutrient value of the food and avoid decomposition, thereby increasing the shelf life in return.

Ninja Fresh is the story of an effort by our team to answer a universal question faced by the whole of humanity – why should we avoid wastage of food? Each year in India alone, food wastage stands at 16%, which sums up to a staggering amount of 13 Thousand Crore.

Our objective is to propel the food preservation model with modern methods in developing countries resulting in higher nutritional value by keeping foods and vegetables healthy and fresh.

The technology from the Netherlands fights the more considerable challenges like food wastage. Ninja Fresh is committed to helping farmers, suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors to keep their food items unadulterated and chemical-free while retaining the freshness and quality of the produce.

FIGHT AGAINST FOOD WASTAGE

According to the Food and Agricultural Organization, about 40% of fresh products produced in India are lost each year due to fragmented food systems and inefficient supply chains (FAO). Our goal is to extend the life of perishable agricultural products in a cost-effective, innovative, and sustainable manner.
